Exploring Day Care Treatment: A Complete List of Services Covered
In today’s modern age, diseases are being detected as they are and the methods of treatment are getting older, whether it is the changes of modernization or healthcare inflation.
Health insurance covers certain treatments such that there is no need for the patient to be admitted to the hospital 24 hours a day, but there are certain conditions that need to be known, whether the person is a policyholder or a health insurance professional. This type of treatment is known as “Day Care Treatment”

Day Care Centre– Day Care Center in Health Insurance means, mandatory to have qualified nursing staff full-time employment, a qualified medical practitioner/ in charge, a form-equipped operation theatre where day care treatment can be done and all day care Proper records of procedures are maintained, so that the records are sent to the Insurance Company.
Day Care Treatment – This Means Surgical Procedures / Medical Treatment, undertaken by general or local Anesthesia in a hospital or daycare centre in less than 24 hours due to technological advancement in medical procedures, which would require more than 24 hours to get these treatments done.
