Even in this situation, the insurance company does not give the claim. Any clinical expenses that are not related or incidental to the current diagnosis and treatment are excluded.
Rest Cure, rehabilitation and respite care –
Expenses related to any admission primarily for enforced bed rest and not for receiving treatment. It also includes:- custodial care for personal care either at home or in a nursing facility such as assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, physical, and Any service provided to terminally ill people to meet social, emotional and spiritual needs.
Change-of-gender treatments –
Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery, Hazardous or Adventure sports, Breach of law.
Life Style Habits–
Alcohol, drug or substance abuse or treatment of any addictive condition and its consequences, Dietary supplements, Refractive error (if less than 7.5 dioptres), Infertility, Obstetric expenses.
War –
any action arising directly or indirectly out of or resulting from war or any act of war, invasion, act of a foreign enemy, warlike action, operation (whether or not war has been declared) or any action by the armed forces of any country The clam is also not awarded on events relating to civil war, public defence, rebellion, insurrection, revolution, rebellion, military participation or participation in naval, military or air force operations.
